CA Apartment is a luxury apartment in Florence designed by BUNKER Studio, located within a historic villa in the Campo di Marte district. Rather than following conventional residential aesthetics, the project explores the relationship between architecture, art and everyday life. Every design decision reflects the client’s personality and creates an environment that feels expressive, intimate and unmistakably contemporary.

Colour drives the entire design. Deep pink, forest green, rich red and matte black establish a bold visual identity and define the atmosphere of each room. Instead of acting as decoration, every colour becomes an architectural element that shapes space, highlights proportions and guides the experience of moving through the apartment.

BUNKER Studio designed custom furniture specifically for the project, allowing every element to respond to the architecture and the client’s lifestyle. Carefully selected vintage pieces, artworks and collected objects enrich the interiors and create a layered narrative that balances functionality with individuality.

Art plays an active role throughout the apartment. Rather than filling empty walls, each artwork contributes to the identity of the interiors and establishes a continuous dialogue with furniture, materials and colour. Every room becomes part of a coherent visual composition where contemporary design and artistic expression coexist naturally.

Natural textures, lacquered finishes, stone surfaces and soft fabrics introduce depth and contrast throughout the home. Light interacts with these materials to create changing atmospheres during the day, while carefully balanced details reinforce the sense of warmth and sophistication that characterises the entire project.
