Fuego was born from the desire to explore fire not merely as a natural element, but as a universal principle of transformation. Present at the origins of civilization and throughout the history of the arts, fire embodies an ambivalent force: it destroys and regenerates, consumes and creates, erases and reveals new possibilities.

The exhibition establishes a dialogue between art, design, and contemporary research, bringing together works united by a shared drive toward change, experimentation, and the transformation of matter. Fire thus becomes a lens through which to interpret and connect different languages, generations, and disciplines, revealing relationships between practices that may appear distant yet are bound by the same creative energy.

The exhibition unfolds as an immersive experience in which each work contributes to the construction of a collective narrative. Materials, forms, and surfaces reveal processes of combustion, fusion, alteration, and rebirth, evoking fire’s capacity to irreversibly transform everything it encounters while simultaneously giving rise to new identities.

More than a simple exhibition, Fuego is an invitation to reflect on transformation as an essential condition of existence. The works become testimonies to an ongoing process in which nothing remains unchanged, and every transformation carries with it new possibilities for interpretation.
